A confirmed booking constitutes a mutual contract. Our driver commits to arriving on time, and you commit to being present at the pickup location.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled pickup time or client No-Shows are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is within the 1-hour window, the vehicle is reserved solely for your transfer and cannot be reassigned, resulting in direct losses for our self-employed local drivers.
Ride-Sharing & GDPR Data Protection
If you opt-in to Ride-Sharing, you consent to sharing the vehicle and journey route with other verified passenger groups. Fares are split proportionally based on total occupancy, saving you money.
In compliance with UK GDPR and Wiltshire Council private hire regulations, booking records are stored securely for 12 months. Your personal contact details (names, emails, phones) are automatically redacted after 12 months, leaving only anonymised routing and transaction logs.
